Arrived at Heathrow only to discover that there was no car waiting. However I had a voicemail, text AND email from EA Chauffeurs informing me that they had honestly missed my booking but were taking steps to rectify the situation and within minutes of entering the arrivals hall another driver arrived. I waited for around 10 minutes but knowing what was going on was incredibly refreshing! Mistakes happen but having that level of communication was fantastic and it meant I didn't stress over it, or have to make any calls.
