I would like to take this opportunity in thanking all the team at EA for your courteous and professional drivers in accommodating us during the past few months at short notice.

Although at times, this might be challenging for yourselves, Amanda continually shows complete calmness. Without you guys, this would add continuous additional pressures for me – and the reassuring part is from the moment the booking instruction is given, the pressures are released.

First Class service with very high standards. Cars always look beautiful and immaculate and well looked after. The drivers are always extremely professional, courteous, helpful and trustworthy. I certainly have no hesitation in recommending EA Chauffeurs.

Impressed

I just wanted to thank you for the transfers that you organised during the week to and from the Oatlands Park Hotel. I wanted to say how impressed I was with your drivers. They were very professional and looked smart.

When collecting everyone from the hotel they knew who was going in which car and were very friendly with our guests. In particular one guest who has a mobility issue. It was a relief to know that he would be looked after by the drivers.

EA Chauffeurs provided an excellent service and gave the guests a seamless experience which was really appreciated.

Positive Experience

Although I’m by no means the most frequent user of EA Chauffeurs, my experiences have always been very positive.

Drivers are consistently at the meeting places on time, vehicles are immaculate and drivers are knowledgeable and drive smoothly and safely.

This week’s drivers Imran & Neil got me to & from Heathrow quickly & smoothly with no stress and on the odd occasions when a driver has been stuck in traffic or I have had a problem with the website, you have personally taken ownership of the issue & resolved it promptly.

VIP attention

From booking to execution every transfer is dealt with VIP attention and the personal caring attitude is second to none.

Your above and beyond approach, especially on last minute bookings, has helped me out of many tricky situations which proves your customers do come first.

Missed booking dealt with swiftly and professionally!

Overlooked my booking, however office staff immediately admitted mistake, didn’t make excuses or waste any time.

They just rectified the situation with efficiency and a no nonsense attitude. A negative thing turned into something very positive and have been using them ever since for over a year now and couldn’t be more pleased with how they operate.

Absolutely marvellous

Recently, my 82 year old father travelled alone with Etihad business class to Heathrow. We had requested wheelchair assistance and I was confident that he would be accompanied from the aircraft to meet his allocated driver. But (from what I can understand), there were queues at passport control and the driver did not wait. My father was left sitting alone in the arrivals hall, whilst the wheelchair attendant went away (I’m not quite sure why). Dad gets confused easily and he would have found this particularly stressful.

Neil was absolutely marvellous in coming to his rescue! He saw that Dad had been abandoned and completely took charge of the situation, helping him to the Etihad service counter and even calling my husband in Bahrain. He looked after Dad, when I’m sure he would have been very upset. He’s an absolute star!!

Personally, I have had some bad experiences with chauffeur services from Heathrow. But Neil’s actions have not only restored my faith in humanity, but also convinced me to choose your company next time. I will definitely recommend Neil and EA Chauffeurs to others.
