Leaving for Germany.......

It is with sadness that i will be leaving Guildford for a new job opportunity that has arisen in Germany.

I would like to thank the whole EA team for their exceptional support they have shown for every early morning and late night airport ride and everything inbetween. 

Truly professional attitude, but more importantly genuinely friendly, becoming the service i will seek every time i visit the UK in the future.

We have been using EA Chauffeurs for a while now and the service has always been exceptional. They have never let a passenger down. The drivers are always punctual and are easy to locate within the airport .

We can easily book a transfer using the website, or with just an email. And all of the drivers accept credit cards which is ideal for our overseas passengers.

Best Service

I've worked with a few chauffeur companies but I have to say that EA provides the best service of all of them. Not only to me as the travel booker, but also to the travellers I have booked for.

The online booking tool is simple but effective, and they are able to adapt to our ever changing requirements. I wouldn't use anyone else!

Driver delayed but dealt with impeccably!!

Arrived at Heathrow only to discover that there was no car waiting. However, I had a voicemail and text from the driver and also an email from EA Chauffeurs informing me that he had been unavoidably delayed but were taking steps to rectify the situation and within minutes of entering the arrivals hall another driver arrived.

I waited for around 10 minutes but knowing what was going on was incredibly refreshing! Mistakes happen but having that level of communication was fantastic and it meant I didn't stress over it, or have to make any calls.

I have passed on some very extraordinary requests relating to some of our bookings and EA Chauffeurs will always do everything in its power to accommodate such requests with a sincere willingness to help.

Each phone call made or email sent to EA Chauffeurs is met with a smile and an efficiency that is not always found in other chauffeur companies!

Dealing with real people

If you call EA Chauffeurs there are no 100’s of options to select, recorded messages or annoyting music!! They either answer the phone or its engaged if they're busy! When they do answer you get a real person who knows exactly what you need or sending an email is met with equal efficiency and management.

Reliable Service

Excellent at adapting

Having EA Chauffeurs on board is a wonderful and very comforting feeling!

The knowledge that they have of the business world means they understand the need for flexibility, have swift reactions, and always find solutions that may not always be in their best interest.

One of our directors had to attend a last minute meeting in London and the guys advised being taken to T5 instead and taking the Heathrow Express straight into London as this would be a lot quicker! – result: one happy director!! And that is how much they care and think outside of the box. I would recommend them to anyone and do because they are the best!
